All PC-Diag products listed on this site are purchased and downloaded direct from servers located in the USA and/or purchased and shipped direct from the USA. All Emco Software products listed on this site are downloaded from servers located in the EU or shipped from within the EU.

Prices, Description and Availability of Goods
All prices listed on this site are shown in USD (US Dollars) and are for guidance purposes only. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. No contract exists between you and our partner for the sale by our partner to you of any product unless and until our partner accepts the order by taking payment for the goods. Our partners aim to verify prices as part of their payment processing procedures. Orders are accepted at our partners' sole discretion and our partners maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
